Tosun Dev acts as a data processor for FiveM player data. You (server owner) are the data controller.
Your Rights
Right of Access
Export all data as JSON: Panel → Settings → GDPR → Export All Data
Right to Erasure
Delete your account anytime. Data is soft-deleted for 30 days, then permanently removed.
Panel → Settings → GDPR → Delete Account
Right to Rectification
Correct inaccurate data in panel settings.
Data Portability
Exported JSON can be imported into other systems.

Retention Periods
- Active account: while you use the service
- After cancellation: 30 days
- Billing records: 5 years (tax law)
- Audit logs: per tenant

Data Location
Our servers are in Frankfurt (Germany) and Istanbul (Türkiye). Your AC database runs on your infrastructure.
Breach Notification
In case of a data breach, we will notify you within 72 hours.
